Katrina Noelle has been at the helm of the global insights agency KNow Research, delivering fresh insights through custom research design for over 15 years. During that time, she has built a full-service qualitative consultancy specializing in creating client-customized design by combining methodologies
from traditional in-person research with digital approaches. She is proud to have made KNow Research one of the newest, certified members of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) as well as being a champion of women in and out of the insights community.

Katrina is also Co-Founder of Scoot Insights – an agile insights methodology – and an active member of Women in Research, QRCA, the Insights Association and ESOMAR. Gaining an overall picture of a consumer’s world is a key factor to Katrina’s and her companies’ success. Over the years, she has developed an impressive range of verticals and focused KNow’s and Scoot’s studies on how products, services and industries impact participants’ lives. She enjoys the opportunities to speak about insights approaches and has done so on the IIEX, NewMR, QRCA and Insights Association and stages (both physical and virtual).
